In the installation phase, foundation construction is the primary prerequisite for the hydraulic car lift. The installation ground must be solid reinforced concrete with thickness over 200mm, prohibit installation on hollow floor, asphalt and fragmented ground. For floor-fixed two post car lift and four-post parking lift, anchor bolts must be fastened in place strictly following construction drawings, and horizontal calibration of the main column should be finished with a level ruler to control the vertical deviation within 3mm, preventing unilateral force deflection during lifting. Before hydraulic oil filling for the hydraulic system, clean the oil tank thoroughly, adopt anti-wear hydraulic oil recommended by the factory, and reject inferior hydraulic oil to avoid pump body wear and oil seal damage. During daily operation, operators must receive professional training before starting work. Check safety locking devices, steel cables, hydraulic pipelines and rubber support pads before each startup. It is forbidden to overload the garage car lift beyond the rated load, and the vehicle center of gravity must be aligned with the lifting beam, eccentric hoisting is strictly prohibited. When lifting the vehicle, stop lifting after leaving the ground for 10cm to check locking firmness and vehicle balance before continuing to rise. For the equipment equipped with emergency manual descending valve, operators need to be familiar with the operation method for power failure and emergency conditions.

Regular maintenance is critical for stable operation. The imported Italian oil seal of the hydraulic system needs routine inspection for oil seepage; the safety lock movable parts are cleaned regularly.
