The whole solution consists of self-developed four-way shuttle robots, heavy-duty dense racking, vertical lifts, conveyor lines, WMS & WCS platforms. The shuttle robot can travel and switch directions freely horizontally and vertically. Cooperating with vertical lifts to realize cross-floor cargo transfer, it completes full-cycle unmanned material handling including goods receiving, storage, transfer, inventory checking and outbound delivery. Breaking the limitations of fixed lanes seen in conventional single-direction shuttles and stacker cranes, the vehicle adopts multi-sensor fusion positioning technology with positioning accuracy within 3mm. It operates smoothly and stably, supporting non-stop 7×24-hour continuous work with an operation accuracy rate exceeding 99.9%.

Adopting narrow-aisle layout and removing redundant passageways, storage capacity increases more than three times compared with traditional flat warehouses. Shuttles can be scheduled across different aisles for task support.
