The comprehensive finishing and assembly Workshop A undertakes core processes including steel precision machining, parts processing, complete machine assembly, electrical integration and surface spraying. Equipped with CNC machining centers, precision lathes, automatic sawing machines, shot blasting equipment and full-automatic spraying lines, it strictly guarantees product dimensional accuracy and superior surface appearance quality.
Workshop B focuses on strip steel deep processing and precision welding, adopting robotic welding production lines, CNC stamping and steel extrusion equipment to achieve integrated steel forming, precision welding and profile shaping. It supports mass production and customized processing of large steel structures and high-precision welded components. Workshop C specializes in sheet and profile precision processing, equipped with laser cutting machines, automatic bending machines and CNC shearing machines, enabling efficient and high-precision steel cutting, bending and shaping for various product specifications.
